The studio was invited to create an installation for the Living with Buildings exhibition at the Wellcome Collection. This was to accompany The Global Clinic exhibit designed by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners and display the work inspired by this made by the students from the Rawminds 3D Challenge which we ran at the Wellcome.
The display system allowed 2D and 3D works to be hung or placed on shelves at varying heights. The furniture was made using CNC, a digitally controlled cutting process, the same method used for the clinic.
The installation became the most ambitious showcase of work created by the youth programme and set a new standard for exhibition at the Wellcome Collection.
